Terms and Conditions of Usage

You know us by now - we're really not the spoiler type. We're much more the front suspension, alloy wheels type. Nonsense aside, it's important that you become cognisant of the legal mumbo jumbo behind the happy meal madness that is our service.

1. Content Liability

As Course Providers have full access and rights to update and edit their details at any time, Daycourses.com (hereafter referred to as 'the Service Provider' cannot be held liable if there are any errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in their listings (even if the Service Provider itself entered the information into the National Education Database at the behest of the Course Provider in question.).

2. Data Maintenance

The Service Provider will do all it can maintain and display the data submitted to the National Education Database by Course Providers from the day the material is first added until such time as the information is rendered obsolete. The Service Provider may, at its own discretion and at any time for any reason whatsoever, remove this information.

It is the Course Provider's duty to ensure that the details of their organisation and courses remain accurate and up to date. They in turn will have full access to their information at all times. It is expected that the Course Provider will update their details directly through the National Education Database's dedicated user interface. In any instance where the course provider submits material to the Service Provider to be placed online on their behalf, the Service Provider will strive to update their listings as quickly as possible.

3. Open Forums

Daycourses.com includes several Open Forums and other public areas where visitors may post messages regarding various educational activities and courses. The content of such messages remain the sole responsibility of the visitors themselves. The Service Provider, while having no direct control over the content of these messages as they are being uploaded to the Forums, promises to take action and remove all illicit postings once attention has been drawn to their presence within the site.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Daycourses.com is hereby declared the proprietor of all intellectual property rights in the site. All articles, sidebars, slogans, characters, trademarks and other exclusive property of Daycourses.com may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced or transmitted by any means whatsoever without the prior written permission of Daycourses.com. This includes copying and transmitting via electronic mail, making xeroxed copies for distribution, and publishing in online, printed, or recorded format. 5. Damage Disclaimer

The Service Provider will not be liable under these terms for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of goodwill to its patrons in relation to the contents of its site or any of its features. Furthermore, and in due recognition of the intrinsic nature of the Internet and the myriad sources from which the Service Provider obtains material for the its site and anterior articles, the Service Provider hereby disclaims all warranties as to timeliness, performance, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of the site or any materials contained within it.
