The National Guide to 3rd Level and Higher Education has rapidly become the definitive publication for information about course options in Ireland, as it is the only guide that lists every type of third level and higher education course. It is produced by Learning Ireland - a wholly Irish-owned company, based in Dublin - with the assistance of teachers and guidance counsellors around the country and it is aimed specifically at students at second level.
